Objective
Build brand awareness, expand SEO presence, and strengthen influence within the restaurant industry by providing valuable educational tools tailored for restaurateurs.
Results
I was able to develop and pitch the idea for this comprehensive educational platform to deepen our industry impact. After pitching the work and recieving project funding, we launched the program with three video courses focused on online ordering, hiring and retaining staff, and effective restaurant models.
I played a key role in shaping the content strategy and led creative direction from the ground up, overseeing every aspect of the project’s branding. For the video courses, I selected the agency who supported us and outlined the creative direction, including the visual aesthetic, set design, casting, wardrobe, and overall look and feel for both the coursing and promotional videos. I was present on set to guide script adjustments and ensure the highest quality content. Additionally, I created the initial platform wireframes and brought on a talented lead designer to the team to finalize the design and execute on promotional assets. I also led the corresponding on-location photography direction to capture assets crucial for building out the web platform.
